These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Big Bear Roofing website (the “Site”) and any related online services. By accessing the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Big Bear Roofing

Big Bear Roofing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a roofing and storm-restoration company serving Springfield, MO and the surrounding Ozarks region. We provide free roof inspections, hail- and storm-damage assessments, insurance-claim assistance, roof repair, and roof replacement.

2. Free Inspections and Estimates

Roof inspections and written estimates are provided at no cost and carry no obligation to engage our services. Estimates are based on the visible condition of your roof at the time of inspection and may be supplemented or revised once work begins or after consultation with your insurance adjuster. We do not guarantee approval of any insurance claim — final claim decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier.

3. Communications and Consent

By submitting a form, calling, texting, or otherwise contacting us, you agree to receive return communications by phone, text message, and/or email related to your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to harvest information
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and design elements — is the property of Big Bear Roofing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to or embed services from third parties, including (for example) Google Maps and GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites and services. Use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms.

7. Workmanship and Manufacturer Warranties

Specific warranties on completed roofing work — including any workmanship warranty offered by Big Bear Roofing and any manufacturer warranties (such as the GAF Golden Pledge) — are described in your individual project agreement and the manufacturer's warranty documents. Nothing on this Site constitutes a warranty or guarantee of any specific performance, outcome, or insurance-claim approval.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the information on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Bear Roofing and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big Bear Roofing from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
